This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not employment. Sales representatives are not employees of OnePageClick™ or Creavista, Inc. You set your own hours and are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and any licenses required in your area.
Compensation is commission-only. There is no base salary, no hourly wage, no draw, and no guaranteed minimum income or number of hours. Commissions are earned only on completed, paid website builds and are not paid on recurring monthly plans.
Earnings are not guaranteed. Any dollar figures shown are illustrative examples based on our standard build prices. They are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of income. Your actual earnings depend entirely on your own sales results.
How and when you get paid. You earn a commission only when all of these are true: the client is a verified, real business (we confirm this during the discovery session); the client has paid in full and the payment has cleared; the refund and cancellation window has fully closed (after the client's discovery meeting and at least 7 business days after payment); and the website has gone live. Commission is then paid within 30 days of the full purchase, and never sooner than 15 days after it. If going live is delayed by the client, you are still paid once the payment is non-refundable.
Clawback. If a client later refunds, disputes, or charges back a payment for any reason after your commission has been paid, that commission is reversed and deducted from your future payouts.
No self-dealing. Commission is never paid on a sale to yourself, a friend, or a related party, or on any sale we determine to be staged or fraudulent.
Your agreement. If we extend you an offer, you have 3 days to review and electronically sign the independent contractor agreement. Offers not signed within 3 days expire. Full terms are in that agreement, which you sign before you begin.
Representatives must follow all applicable laws in their outreach, including telemarketing and anti-spam rules, and must represent OnePageClick™, its pricing, and its services honestly at all times.
