OnePageClick™ is a service of Creavista, Inc., headquartered in Carlstadt, New Jersey. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this in plain English, and we keep it short.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, book a call, sign up for a guide, or purchase a website, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business details, and the content and assets you share for your project.
Payment information. When you buy a website, your payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation and basic billing details needed to manage your order.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard server logs (for example your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view) to keep the site secure and working. See our Cookie Policy for details on cookies.

2. How we use your information

To answer your questions and provide quotes.
To design, build, deliver, host, and support your website.
To schedule and hold your calls.
To process payments and manage your monthly plan.
To send you service messages about your project, and, if you opted in, occasional helpful emails and guides. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
To keep our site secure and comply with our legal obligations.

3. Service providers we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted providers that help us run OnePageClick™, and only as needed to deliver our service:

Stripe — secure payment processing.
MailerLite — email signups, service emails, and any newsletters you opt into.
Cal.com — scheduling your calls.
OnCueSpace — your private project workspace, where you share assets and approve drafts.
DreamHost — website hosting.
Google Fonts — our pages load fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our service, support your website, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. To make a request, email hi@onepageclick.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor those rights.

6. Children

OnePageClick™ is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Please check back from time to time.
