Simple, fair terms.

These terms apply to every OnePageClick™ website, including any additional pages you add later and any upgrade to a higher tier. In plain English, here is exactly how we work together and what you can expect.

1. What's included

Your package covers professional web design and development, copywriting, and managed hosting provided through your Care plan, led by a 5× Emmy Award-winning creative director. Logo design and branding are not included in the website build; they are a separate service provided by our sister studio Creavista and quoted separately. Tiers: OnePage Launch ($799), OnePage Plus ($1,499), and OnePage Priority ($2,499+). A domain is sold separately. The finished website is yours.

2. Payment

Every OnePageClick™ website includes two parts, and both are set up in a single secure checkout:

Your one-time build fee (the price of your chosen tier or your configured quote) is charged in full, up front, at purchase. This is a real creative service that begins with your project, and it is non-refundable once work begins (see the refund policy below).
Your monthly plan (Care, Grow, or Partner) is required with every purchase and keeps your site hosted and supported after launch. Its first monthly charge occurs 30 days after your first payment — then monthly after that. Your initial term is 12 paid monthly Care billing periods, beginning on that first charge (the deferred 30-day period before your first charge does not count as one of the 12). If you would rather not keep a monthly plan, a one-time buy-out is available (see section 9).

The review window before your first monthly charge is not a free trial. Your build begins right away, and your one-time build fee applies as described above. Delays in your feedback, content, approvals, or domain access do not postpone the Care-plan start date; delays caused solely by OnePageClick™ extend it accordingly.

3. How it works, and the timeline

Purchase. You buy your website and are set up on your monthly plan.
Ideation & Discovery (Phase 1). You schedule a 45-minute ideation and discovery call so we can learn your business and goals. If the call runs longer, additional time is $50 per hour.
Your Space. After your purchase, we add you to your own private Space in OnCueSpace (our partner workspace) and OnCueSpace sends you a free guest invitation. That is where you share your context and assets, and later review and approve your draft.
Assets. You have 5 business days to provide everything we need.
First draft. We deliver your first draft 2 business days after you submit all assets.
Revisions. Two revisions are included, so you receive two drafts and one final, with two short recap sessions along the way.
Launch. Your finished website is delivered within 2 weeks of purchase.

4. What we need from you (and by when)

"All assets" means your logo, photos, any text or content you want used, and your business details (services, hours, contact info, links). If you do not provide your assets within the 5-business-day window, we proceed using professional stock photos so your project stays on schedule. Using stock photos because assets were late does not count as one of your two revisions and does not reset your timeline. Any stock imagery we provide is properly licensed for use on your OnePageClick™ website, subject to the stock provider's licensing terms. Custom photography is an optional service available through Creavista.

5. Revisions and scope

Two revisions are included: you receive two drafts and one final (we revise after each draft). Each revision round must be submitted as one consolidated list of feedback within 7 calendar days of delivery; delayed feedback may affect your launch timeline but does not postpone the Care-plan start date. Each additional revision is $250. Revisions refine the page we built. A request to redesign the page or add new features or pages is not a revision; it is a separate add-on, quoted before any work begins, under these same terms.

Larger changes are requests that go beyond normal edits or the approved website scope and require additional design, development, configuration, or testing. Examples may include:

Adding multiple products, product variations, or e-commerce functionality
Adding new pages or substantial new sections
Custom booking, scheduling, membership, or payment features
New third-party integrations or automations
Custom forms, calculators, filters, or interactive tools
Major layout or design changes after the approved direction
Rebuilding completed sections
Adding advanced galleries, directories, databases, or dynamic content
Significant copy rewrites or new content creation outside the original scope
Custom code or functionality not included in the original quote

Out-of-scope requests start at $250. Larger changes are reviewed and quoted separately before work begins.

6. Sessions

Your included live time is the 45-minute ideation and discovery call plus two 15-minute recap sessions (one for revisions, one for delivery). Most revisions are made in your OnCueSpace Space on your own time during the two-week window; the recap calls simply keep us aligned. A 4th session or beyond is billed at $50 per hour.

7. Timeline, delays, and delay fee

We deliver within 2 weeks of purchase when assets arrive on time. The timeline pauses while we are waiting on you. Delays caused by us never carry a fee. If a project is delayed past 30 days from purchase because of client hold-ups (late assets, no responses, missed sessions), a fee of $200 per month of delay applies. This keeps delivery fair for every client and protects our creative team's schedule.

8. Hosting and monthly plans

Every website comes with a required monthly support plan — Care ($99/mo), Grow ($249/mo), or Partner ($499/mo) — and hosting is included through that plan (it is not a separate free service). Your first monthly charge occurs 30 days after your first payment, and monthly thereafter. This date is set from your first payment and does not shift with the project timeline. Your plan is based on your website's size, functionality, and maintenance needs — not the build package you choose. A focused one-page site may remain on Care, while additional pages, advanced functionality, integrations, or ongoing support needs may require Grow or Partner. If pages, features, integrations, or support requirements are added later, your Care plan may be adjusted to match the website's updated maintenance needs; any change is communicated and approved before billing is updated. Monthly work is limited to the time and services in your chosen plan. New pages, redesigns, and advanced integrations are not included and are quoted separately. Your initial Care term is 12 paid monthly billing periods, beginning on the Care-plan start date. After those 12 payments it continues month-to-month and you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date; your cancellation request is all the notice required, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and the current month is not refunded. If your Care plan ends, hosting, backups, updates, support, and your website's availability through OnePageClick™ end with it — to keep your site without a monthly plan, see the buy-out option in section 9. You have 30 days after your Care plan ends to request a paid migration or an ownership buy-out; after that window your website may be decommissioned and removed from our hosting.

9. Ownership and buy-out

Under the standard managed plan, you own your approved business copy and the custom creative deliverables we produce, and your website operates within the OnePageClick™ hosting environment for as long as your Care plan is active. Ending the Care plan does not automatically include a technical migration of the site off our environment. Under an outright buy-out, you receive the transferable website files and become responsible for hosting, maintenance, software licenses, security, and future updates. If you would rather not keep a monthly plan, you can buy out and own it outright for a one-time fee (Launch $1,997, Plus $3,747, Priority from $6,247). With a buy-out we hand off all website files plus usage documentation, you host it yourself wherever you choose, and there is no further monthly charge and no ongoing hosting or support from us. Third-party premium licenses, software subscriptions, fonts, and platform-specific tools may require separate client-owned licenses after transfer. Our low standard pricing is made possible by the monthly commitment; the buy-out reflects the full, unsubsidized price of the work.

10. Additional pages and upgrades

These same terms, process, timelines, asset windows, revisions, delay fee, and refund policy, apply to any additional pages you add later and to any upgrade to a higher tier. Every piece of work falls under the same agreement.

11. Refunds

Because every project is custom creative work that begins right after purchase:

Full refund of your build fee is available if you cancel before your ideation meeting, and no later than 7 business days after your payment.
Once your ideation meeting takes place, or once 7 business days have passed since your payment (whichever comes first), work is committed and your build fee is non-refundable.
After its initial 12 paid monthly billing periods, your monthly plan can be canceled before your next renewal date and stops at the end of the current billing period; the current month is not refunded.
Delays or non-completion caused by the client (late or missing assets, no responses) do not qualify for a refund.
