Terms & Conditions
OnepageClick™ (DBA of Creavista Inc.)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of creative services by Creavista Inc. (“Creavista,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as OnepageClick™ (“OnepageClick”), to you, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing any OnepageClick service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

 

1. Definitions
• Services: One‑page website design, logo design, and related creative services as described in your chosen package.
• Deliverables: Final website, logo, assets, and supporting files provided via Trello or agreed delivery method.
• Welcome Form: Questionnaire and asset upload submitted by the Client at least within 24 hours after purchase or 72 hours before the first ideation meeting.
• Ideation Meeting: Initial one‑hour consultation that kicks off the 1 to 7-business-day creative sprint. The 1 to 7-business-day turnaround after the 1st ideation meeting, depending on the plan that you choose.

The Express & Premium plans offer a 7-day turnaround after the 1st ideation meeting.

 

Only The Ultimate Plan offers a Site & Logo Go-Live in just one business day—no delays, no excuses. One business day turnaround after the 1st ideation meeting.

 
• Revision: A change request within scope (2-3 rounds, depending on your plan) or out‑of‑scope (fee applies).
• Subscription: Monthly retainer for hosting, security, updates, and editor access, as selected by the client.

 

2. Scope of Services
• Packages & Add‑Ons:
Client must select and pay for a package (Express, Premium, or Ultimate) before services commence.

To choose Add‑ons requires an active package.

 

Timeline:
Welcome Form: Delivered by Client ≥ 24 hrs before ideation.
Ideation Meeting: Scheduled ≥ 72 hrs after Welcome Form.
Creative Sprint: Ideation kick‑off of 1 to 7 business-day turnaround after the 1st ideation meeting, depending on your plan.
Review & Approval: Client has 24 hrs post‑delivery for 2-3 included revisions, depending on your plan.

 

3. Client Responsibilities
• Welcome Form & Assets:
Provide complete materials by the deadline. Late or missing submissions incur a $50 reschedule fee and delay.
• Meeting Attendance: Attend the ideation meeting on time. Missed meetings incur a $50 fee and are rescheduled automatically.
• Trello Collaboration: Monitor notifications and respond promptly within stated revision windows.
• Approval & Payment: Review deliverables and issue final approval within 24 hrs. Settle any outstanding fees before launch.

 

4. Payment Terms
• One‑Time Fees:
Due in full at purchase to secure your slot; processed via Stripe to Creavista Inc.
• Subscription Retainer: Begins one month after launch for hosting/support at the rate for your package; charged via Stripe to Creavista Inc.
• Possible Additional Fees:
Out‑of‑scope revisions: $250/round (24 hr turnaround).
Extra pages: $799 each; > 3 extras triggers a $199/mo retainer.
Logo add‑on (non‑Ultimate plans): $1,000 each.
• After One Full Year, You May Request Self‑Hosting Delivery: Upon request, we email a ZIP of site files to you. Thereafter, support is only via active subscription.

 

5. Revision & Approval Policy
• Included Revisions:
Two (2) rounds for the Express & Premium Plans, and three (3) rounds for the Ultimate Plan. Revisions will be delivered in one-business-day timeframe of each revision request. Logos revisions also have 3 revisions included in the plan prior to official launch.

• Out‑of‑Scope: Additional changes billed at $250 each; 24‑hr turnaround.
• Final Approval: Client approval triggers launch. Failure to approve/payout holds deliverables until resolved.

 

6. Refund Policy
• 72‑Hour Grace Period: 
Cancel before the ideation meeting for a 75% refund of the one‑time fee.
• Post‑Grace Period: No refunds after the grace period or once work is underway/completed.

 

7. Intellectual Property
• Upon full payment, Creavista assigns to the client all rights in the deliverables.
• Creavista retains the right to display deliverables in its portfolio and marketing materials.

 

8. Subscription Cancellation Policy
• 12‑Month Minimum Commitment
When you sign up for a OnePageClick™ subscription (hosting, security, updates, etc.), you commit to at least 12 months of service.
– Cancelling Within the First Year
• You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice via Trello or email.
• An Early Termination Fee equal to one month’s retainer will apply to cover the specialized setup and pipeline costs incurred on your behalf.
– Cancelling After the First Year
• After your initial 12‑month term has elapsed, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, and no termination fee will apply.
• Your service continues at the normal retainer rate through your notice period.
– How to Cancel
• Submit a cancellation request in your Trello dashboard or email support@onepageclick.com.
• We’ll confirm receipt, calculate any early termination fee if applicable, and schedule your final service date.
• You will receive a ZIP file containing the final design created by OnepageClick, including any updates made by our creative team before cancellation. Please note that OnepageClick will not provide any further support once the cancellation is officially processed

 

9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential information private and use it solely for providing or receiving the Services.

 

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creavista’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client.

 

11. Termination
Creavista may suspend or terminate services for non‑payment or breach of these terms. Client may terminate within the 72-hour grace period per Section 6.

 

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.

 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
