  • Why it matters: Our team begins researching the moment your form hits Trello.
  • Miss this deadline? You’ll be marked “no‑show,” automatically rescheduled, and incur the $100 reschedule fee.

First Ideation Meeting

Start of your 1 to 7-business-day sprint

We confirm the scope, review your Trello board, and align on the vision.

  • Includes 2-3 rounds of revisions—all packages come with two to three feedback cycles.
  • Extra tweaks out of scope? $250 each, with a 24‑hour turnaround.
